Anguish the Greedy is a unique Ravenous Dead found in the Cathedral in Diablo III. It has about triple the hitpoints of a normal Ravenous Dead, but still should still pose no threat. Its title is "Molten". Anguish the Greedy has a unique lava particle effect. Upon death it will explode, causing damage to everything standing nearby.
