Koichi Omiya (大宮 幸一 Ōmiya Kōichi) is the head of Omiya Konzern. He used his business connections in finance Gorgom's criminal and terrorist activities. Omiya is one of the EP Party's leaders with Ryuzaburo Sakata. His current status is unknown following Gorgom's destruction.
