Only three datapads are needed to complete this task, the datapads are located at random Remnant sites. To facilitate speed, the Nomad can be used to drive through Remnant sites to detect the datapads. However, SAM needs fairly close proximity to alert Ryder, so exiting the Nomad will ensure a more accurate reading. Furthermore, most of the remnant sites where datapads have been found have had Scourge at the site, been located in the eastern and southern region of Eos, and had a small research station set up on site.
