Keith Kornbottom is the older brother of Gene Scallop who was born on March 21, 1951. He is a minor character and only makes small appearances. He was born without arms, but ignores the fact and still tries to go through life. His first appearance was in Kill Phil, as one of the customers at the Krusty Krab. He is at the age 61 and is now retired from working at BBPD. He was the Chief until the year 1999, when he retired Magnum Malty was given the job. He is best friends with Billy Burger and hangs out with him at The Chum Bucket. He had an NDE (Near Death Experience) at the age 42, as he was almost killed by a tour bus that crashed into The Krusty Krab.
