Nick was the family attorney for the Parezi family, including Jack Parezi, Bobby Parezi, and Vince Parezi. Nick then arrived after Jack was knocked over the balcony at his home and sustained serious injuries. Although Peter Burns covered for Amanda Woodward, who was responsible for the fall, Nick was not gullible and knew that Jack didn't fall on his own. Nick later threatened Amanda that there would be repercussions for Jack's death. At the funeral for Jack in Miami, Nick reunited Bobby and his father, Vince, telling them everything that happened in Los Angeles.
