Garggash Dlumppheg was a Tellarite trader of the 22nd century. In reference stardate 0/7907 (circa 2150s), Dlumppheg was commanding a dilapidated trading vessel when he became lost near Orion space. An Orion Colonies ship rescued Dlumppheg, but the Tellarite's stubborn refusal to even identify himself, let alone actually trade, angered the Orion commander. The Orions dragged Dlumppheg to Rigel to let the Botchok Planetary Congress (BPC) deal with him.
