Pucas Helstrom was a mutant, husband to Phlegmentine and father of three children. His family were hijacked in their '22 Roadmuncher by a team of stranded cadet judges who had been trapped on Chaos Day when Dredd called a retreat in Sector 53. Fearing for his family's safety, he attacked Cadet Angela Sorvino with a pot, scalding her with synthi-caf and shredding her eyes. Pucas and his family were abandoned, believed to have been killed by a mob of rioters
