Vin was the first admiral to serve in the re-assembled Yevethan Warfleet of the Yevethan Protectorate. He, along with Supreme Yevethan Kai Spaar annexed the Koornacht Cluster under the Yevethan protectorate. He also joined Kai during the fall of Galantos.
