The setting in San Francisco takes place right after Riley is 13 years old. In the later years, Riley is now 29 years old, and she is about to get married to George Thompson. Bill and Jill along with Jack and Joan are very proud of them being married to 1 another (Due to their joy emotions taking over their minds). Eventually, right after Dr. Johnson shows up, it's revealed that Riley has given birth to both a baby boy named Matthew, who looks just like George and a baby girl named Lizzie, who looks just like Riley, when she was a little girl child in her beginning years.
