Minga was born in San Diego, California and has moved into the stunt business after years of experience as a race driver. As a racer he won several championships and awards. Minga is married to Heidi Minga and they have one daughter, Christiana Minga, who works as a model and actress. Minga has also performed on television series such as Baywatch (1994, with Gary Kasper and coordinated by Gregory J. Barnett), Angel, Dead Last, The Inside, and The Young and the Restless.
