Rick Tork was a special agent working under Ray Haffner at the CBI. He first appears in the season four episode "Little Red Book" in which Patrick Jane temporarily works with the team of Ray Haffner. Agent Rick Tork is very short and this fact was used by Patrick Jane to create a discord among the agents in Haffner's team in order to reunite the team of Teresa Lisbon.
