The Snake from Beyond is a unique boss monster in ADOM. It carries the Chaos Orb of Elemental Water, which the PC needs in order to complete the game. As could be expected from the boss of the Water Temple, the Snake from Beyond can swim. It has a strong melee attack, that both corrupts and poisons. It can only attack once per turn, though; and has no ranged attacks. As with all poisonous monsters, it can be stunned with a potion of cure poison. It is immune to poison.
