The Ceph Heavy are non-humanoid aliens serving the Ceph. They serve as fire support units to infantry; they do this by using their armoured bulk to draw enemy fire and their rapid firing weapons to pin enemies down. In many ways they are comparable to the Hunters of the Covenant, although their weapon systems are significantly different.
