Walter Q. Twitchell is the mailman for Cheers. Much like Cliff, he is almost fanatical about his service to the U.S. Post Office. Strangely enough, Cliff doesn't like him, and the two have tangled repeatedly. In addition to the three episodes he appeared in, he also showed up in one episode of "Frasier", and was mentioned in "Christmas Cheers".
