The 722nd, also known as "Copperheads" were a starfighter unit within the Imperial Military's Starfighter Corps.. Flight Captain Myrette Davani, the Flight Leader of the 1/181st squadron within the 181st Imperial Fighter Wing, and the first publicly announced female TIE Pilot, had formerly served under the 722nd for a year prior to joining the elite TIE Fighter wing.
