Charles Pascall (15 July 1853-12 December 1851) was a businessman and local politician active in the Hammersmith area. Born in Lambeth, he was the son of Henry Pascall and Sarah Roker. He was educated at St Paul’s Church School, Hammersmith, before entering business in 1874. He bought a number of confectionery businesses in Middlesex, Surrey, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, which he amalgamated into Pascall's Limited, one of Britain's largest sweet manufacturers. He died at his home in Ravenscourt Park in 1931, aged 78.
