Rayxanber (ライザンバー) is a series of horizontally-scrolling Shoot 'em Ups by Data West. The original game was released for the FM-Towns computer, while the sequels were released for the PC-Engine CD. The plot involves an invasion by the alien Zoul Empire, which got attracted to Earth due to the radio waves emitted by mankind. Earth's forces fight back the invaders with RT-X series of starfighters, eventually taking the fight into the Zoul homeplanet.
