Sozzerozs was the Gorn ruler, the Imperator, of the Gorn Hegemony during part of the late 24th century. During the Borg Invasion of 2381, Federation President Nanietta Bacco called a summit of ambassadors of various star powers, including Ambassador Zogozin. Although Zogozin originally voted not to pledge support to Bacco's allied forces, she persuaded him to remind Sozzerozs that the Gorn stood with the Federation Alliance during the Dominion War and benefited from the decision, a fact that Zogozin suspected would sway their allegiance.
