Tiayrret Island is the island centered off the beach of the town. It is crucial to finishing the game. You have to kite surf there with the help of Chaz, and then play "A-mazing maze" and do an extra challenge to finally get the second half of the artifact which happens to be the key to the towns secret treasure.
