The Pirate's Ghost is an average quality inn in the Fish Market District of Port Blacksand. It is situated on the east side of the Fish Market on Net Lane. The building has never been haunted. It is a new enterprise visited by strangers to the city. Locals avoid its false atmosphere. The speculator, Cozimo Warbler, thought the plain old alehouse previously there would make money as an artificial "Olde Worlde Sailor's Taverna", a strange concept. He intends to open up a chain from Port Blacksand to Fang, if successful.
