Umuor is a Maormer sailor in the Bazaar district of Abah's Landing, Hew's Bane. She is found at an alley between Darano's House and the Manor District Gardens. Often times she will be spectating a dice game with Noshzandar, Harowen, Drago Milielle, and Endriwen.
