The unidentified Ogana rebel leader was a male citizen of Ogana, the capital city of Utapau, who served as the ringleader of a group of rebelling citizens during the Rebellion in Ogana, a conflict during the Invasion of Utapau in 22 BBY. In this position, the rebel leader helped organize a number of citizens in the southern quarter of Ogana who had gathered to fight against the Trade Federation shipping cartel that had blockaded, invaded, and subsequently occupied Utapau due to the planet's support of the Republic Anti-Slavery Law.
