After you get a relationship meter almost all the way with your girlfriend/boyfriend (if you dont know how to get a girlfriend/boyfriend its easy: you get a high relationship status after flirting, and after they become your "romantic intrest" you"propose going steady" wth the romantic options) you propose. After you propose and the person becomes your "feonce" you can have a privated wedding, or a party. For a private wedding all you do is click romantic and say "have private wedding" for a party click your pone, salect either have part, or, for a more romantic setting, have a destination party. Then salect wedding part from the drop down list. While your party is going on (make sure to be there on time!) you can salect "gget married" from the romentic interaction
