A Poet's Flight was a poem by the 22nd century Bajoran poet Akorem Laan. In 2376, Vedek Yevir Linjarin considered the following passage from the poem as he waited for a meeting of Vedeks to start: "To doubt Their wisdom is to deny Them the pleasures of due faith, and to deny oneself the joy of being-and being, to be loved."
