Femme Fatale (惹者, Hikisha or Jakusha) is the third chapter in the Tokyo Ghoul: Past. It focuses on Rize and Banjou, while both lived in the 11th Ward. After a mutilated body turns up at the seaside park, Rize is accused of the killing. Banjou resolves to discover the true culprit and clear Rize's name, dragging his three friends along.
