Tallulah was the page for Aunt Myrtle in The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss episode "Yertle the King". She acts very deadpan, often making snarky remarks toward Yertle the Turtle as he uses his temporary rise to power to control the entire land. She tries to reason with him as he seizes property after property until he ends up losing it all in exchange for a small spot owned by the Cat in the Hat.
