Army Group G was a German army group that fought on the Western Front. It was composed of the First Army, Ninteenth Army, and briefly, the Fifth Panzer Army. It was formed in 1944 and disbanded in 1945. Army Group G was namely responsible for the German response to the Allied Operation Dragoon.
