Actor John De Main appeared on Coronation Street in August 2009 as the Manager of MobyRicks mobile phone shop where it was believed that Slug (real name "Neil Ackroyd") was working. His other credits include roles in Emmerdale, Mersey Beat, The League of Gentlemen, The Royal, Casualty and Kapital.
