The Cape of omnipotency is rewarded to players who reach level 99 in all twenty-five skills, as well as completing every Quest. It can be obtained by bringing all 25 capes of accomplishment plus the Quest cape to Roddeck in Lumbridge, and paying him 2,475,000gp for it. Jagex has stated that if someone with this cape received the maximum amount of experience in all 25 skills, as well as completing all Achievement Diary tasks and unlocking every music track, the cape would become trimmed; but this is technically unproven, as nobody has yet achieved this.
