Horst Devalo was a male ComOps officer who served as second lieutenant onboard the Lancer during the Galactic Civil War. Around 5.5 ABY, Horst served in Luke Skywalker's fleet, which was sent to Mindor to attack the Warlord Shadowspawn. At the beginning of the battle, Horst informed Captain Tirossk that he received a signal from the Justice, when it crashed landed on the planet.
