Nation Building is the act of attacking an alliance or nation for the sole purpose of forcing the nations within the alliance or nation attacked to join the alliance of the attacking nation. Nation Building Wars traditionally result in forced mergers, forced placement of leadership, or forced disbandment of an alliance.
