It is the main setting of Scenario 2 (for both Helen Maxwell and Jennifer Simpson) if the player chooses "no" when prompted in Scenario 2. If the player chose to give the statue to Rick instead of Sullivan, then it will not be at the library and Helen will leave without it, giving the player Ending E, the worst ending, before the game ends.
