The Toontown Museum (one of the landmarks in Toontown) is ruled by Kahmunrah who schemed to rule the world. He even sent Adolf Hitler to battle with Winnie the Pooh and his cousin Baloo. Thanks to Yen Sid. Kahmunrah was banished in the underworld.
