This is apparently a finisher that Takeda was planning on using to defeat Lugh in their first fight when he allowed to grab hold of his left arm in order to leave him wide open. It was never actually seen due to the fact that Kenichi had interrupted their fight and Lugh left when he sensed Shigure approaching them.
