If you actually collect 200 Omeganium and put it in the Crafting Menu, you will be granted an Omega Gem. If you press "Use" after clicking it, you will then be teleported to the Third Dimension. You can only craft 1 Omega Gem in the whole game. If you actually find a Dealer selling this, you will have to pay 850 MM for a pack of 15 Omeganium.
