Fowly Mouse is Chubby Huggs' irritable, short-tempered mouse friend. Chubby was oblivious to Fowly's hostility often mistaking it for friendliness. Bucky tried to kill him by sending him a "present" with a leaky can of cheez wiz and a mousetrap under some sawdust inside a cage, but was grounded when Rob and Satchel noticed the present.
