I have one of those. First download a movie onto the iPod. When ready, turn the iPod on and go to the Videos section in the Main Menu. To play and select the movie you want, when highlighted blue, press the center button. To pause or resume the movie, just press the Play/Pause button. To exit out, press the Menu button. If that was pressed by accident, some movies will have an option to resume where it stopped when that button was pressed. You just highlight the movie and press the center button, and it will resume. To start the movie over, press the Preivous button once. To start over and exit at the same time, press the Preivous button twice. Hope this helps.
