Lews Therin (Previously Ceaser Augustust) is the insane, paranoid leader of The Westlands. He is currently the Deputy of Foreign Affairs at the Terran Empire. On alliance forums and IRC, he is known as "Ceaser", as this was his previous name (See: The New Roman Empire for more information). After rejoining the game in early January, 2013, Lews Therin chose to join a new alliance.
