Grzkai XV 'the Last' was the 28th and final ruler of the First Jelbek Khanate. He served as Khan between 995 and 997. A tragic folk hero, the last Khan was regarded as a virtuous ruler who sought to maintain the independence and integrity of the Jelbek state.
