The Helghast Commando Regiment, known better by its shorter name, VCR, was the elite special operations unit of the Helghast Empire, a star spanning empire that ruled seven galaxies. The VCR was lead by an elite Helghast Royal Guard. The VCR was sent on the hardest missions of the Empire, and was the empire's last resort.
