Created centuries ago by Jewcifer Delayclose I in his back yard, Delayclosia was slowly but steadily populated by mutated antarctican midgets looking for shelter. Within several hundred years, Jewcifer I's backyard had become a full fledged nation. Now rules by Jewcifer II, it's at this point that the nation joined a bogus alliance, 4chan, and, in a display of complete stupidity from its ruler, attacked the nation of Arken "for the lulz", only to be raided and burned to the ground by Arken's angry allies along with a bunch of rogues who teamed with Arken.
