Jordyn Wright was a young girl who had contact with the murder victim, Scott Matthew Rowe. As such, she and her mother Joanne were both brought into NCIS for questioning. While observing the two, NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs mistakenly believed that Jordyn Wright was the older mother before fellow NCIS Special Agent Timothy McGee corrected Gibbs by stating that Jordyn was the younger girl, not the mother.
