Shinra Tensei: Judgement of the Heavens is a modified Shinra Tensei combined with the energies of both the Deva Path and the Human Path Created by Kisui Iyoku after Raido X's teachings, the move is designed to deliver damage on a spiritual level. Instead of delivering raw physical damage, it causes damage to the opponent's spirit, leaving them either drained or deceased depending on how much energy is put into it. Like the normal Shinra Tensei, Kisui can imbue his legs or arms with the energy to create a small area of impact intended only to hit one target rather than several. The full throttle power of the technique can completely tear the soul out of a target, sending it to the Naraka Realm.
