It is unknown if Isshin had been subjected to it, but Urahara and Yoruichi were captains during the time that Aizen experimented on the Visored, where he was shown to have Shunsui and a couple of hundred normal Shinigami under his control. Aizen had substituted himself with another person that followed Hirako around and Urahara was there when Hirako was talking to this person believing it to be Aizen.
