A Banner of Hope is a special item in Builders given to the player at the end of the prologue by the Goddess Rubiss. Once placed an area around the banner is covered in light. It is within this area that the character can build rooms that the towns people will stay in and use. The player is able to build rooms outside of the light, however this will not be a part of their base.
