The Southern Horde is one of the four demon hordes in the Grand Duchy of Yamato. The leader of the horde used to be Duke Hepnaz L'invrad, Lord of the Duchy of Southern Yamato, until he was deposed by the current Duchess Nina Heeate L'andariel. The demons of the horde are known to use trickery and magic when they are hunting their prey. So far they have been observing the activities of the Black Hunters. The horde rules from its stronghold in Hyama in the Falgorn Province. The Southern Horde is currently allied with the Eastern Horde and the Northern Horde and has plans for the Western Horde.
