Salidar is a village in Altara, near the border of Amadicia. After Elaida deposed Siuan Sanche as the Amyrlin Seat and outlawed the Blue Ajah, Blue sisters and those sympathetic to their cause and/or opposed to Elaida gathered in Salidar. Sisters there formed their own Hall of The Tower and even elected their own Amyrlin Seat.
