When Kyle Diamond got to Jubilife City, he searched for the Poketech Company so he could get a Poketech device. Kyle saw a clown blocking the door for some reason. He decided to keep going and he found two people with blue hair and strange suits. Kyle asked, "Who are you, and why are you blocking the route out of this city? One of the people said, "We are members of Team Galactic, an organization who wants to use the power of the Legendary Pokémon to destroy the universe and create a new one in our image."
