The Urban Sombrero was the idea for a hat Elaine put on the cover of the J. Peterman Catalog. It was a large, all-brown sombrero. The Sombrero was a huge flop and did not sell, probably due to its ridiculous nature. Upon finding out about it led to J. Peterman's return from his journeys. It was seen in “The Checks” where a passerby is wearing one in a rainstorm while Jerry is trying to buy an umbrella on the street. This article is a stub (not that there's anything wrong with that).
