The Foundation of Trust is the local bank in Marbruk in the region of Greenshade in Valenwood during The Elder Scrolls Online. The two-storied building is located in the south-east of the city next to the city wall. It is run by an Altmer banker called Talqua and his Bosmer assistant Nidras.
